The Queensland Health Building at 147-163 Charlotte Street is owned by the Cromwell Property Group. Frank Ross & Associates have both Queensland Health and Cromwell as valued clients and are pleased to have been engaged to oversee the installation of carpet upgrades including a recreation area and lift lobby. We are currently assisting with the project management of some repairs and installations throughout the building.
